3. Client Responsibilities
By hiring Maxella Web Designs, you agree to:

- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
- Comply with all payment terms outlined in your proposal or invoice.
4. Payments & Fees
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may incur fees or project delays.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design, as agreed in your contract, will transfer to you.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
- Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.) remain subject to their own licensing terms.
6. Revisions & Changes
Revisions beyond the agreed project scope may incur additional fees. We will notify you before performing extra work outside of the contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maxella Web Designs will not be held liable for:
- Downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or software.
- Security breaches or hacking incidents beyond our control.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
